The needs assessment study, data collection, and data analysis are now complete (figure 8-1). Now is the time to present all of this information to your client. It is recommended that you negotiate having a feedback meeting when you present the needs assessment results to the client and discuss them. You can plan to augment the oral presentation with written materials as well.
