Getting It Done

The goal for a needs assessment study is to produce recommendations. A complete set of recommendations focuses on both training and non-training issues that are affecting the business and performance goals. It is appropriate for the training professional to make recommendations in both areas because the goal is to help the business—not just to have a good training program.
