The tns doctor command checks your environment for common issues. It will attempt to detect whether everything is installed and configured correctly. It mostly works, but occasionally it will fail and state something is broken even when everything actually works. However, it provides a very good first indication of what might be wrong if your tns run/build/debug no longer works.
