Appendix 19 Changes in Ownership of Broadcast Authorizations

Forms 314, 315, and 316 are used to obtain FCC consent to changes in ownership that result in changes of control of broadcast stations.

An unauthorized change in control of a broadcast station is a significant violation of FCC rules, and licensees must file one of these forms to obtain FCC permission to make such a change.
