This section covers how to use the same (or nearly the same) code used to create the Linux application to compile and run the same application under MS Windows.

Before we get started here, let me take a moment to say that I don’t intend in any way to be an expert on MS Visual C++, and that if you have any pointers for me on how to improve its usage in cases like this, feel absolutely free to send them to me.
