8.2. Developing a Strawman Project Plan for the Real World
Anyone familiar with project planning understands the value a plan provides in terms of helping to ensure that a project stays on course and that it has a better shot at meeting its objectives. With regard to testing and tuning, I like to leverage a high-level project plan that is both reusable (in that it's not tied to a particular type of testing, goal, or set of success criteria) and customized enough to act as a template for most foreseeable testing projects.
