5.6. Concluding Our Staffing Discussion

By now, it should be apparent that failing to staff your T3 or discrete testing project team with “A” players will prove a severe handicap in the long run, regardless of the scope of your T3's mission. Your T3 is tasked with a great deal of responsibility and must meet that responsibility head-on with an attitude that says “bring the learning curve on!” In addition, the team needs to have a lot of real-world experience to boot, spanning both business process issues and technology alike.
