When you pin an item to Pinterest, it’s not set in stone. If you want, you can edit the description of any pin you’ve made, as well as delete those pins you no longer need or want others to see.
Viewing Your Pinterest Activity
Let’s start by viewing all of your activity on the Pinterest site. Pinterest tracks the boards you create, the pins you make, and the pins that you “like” (by clicking that item’s Like button).
