Chapter 45. Reading and Writing Email

After you’ve set up the Mail program to work with your email account (see Chapter 44), you can start retrieving and sending messages. To read email messages, you can download and store them in the Mail program. To write a message, you can reply to a previous message or create a new message from scratch.

Project goal: Learn different ways to read and write email messages using the Mail program.

What You’ll Be Using

To read and write email messages, you’ll use the following:

  • The Mail program configured to work with your email account

  • An Internet connection

  • The Address Book
