Controlling Your Music
You can play your music in a variety of ways, whether the music is on an audio CD or from a collection of digital audio files. To play songs, simply do the following:
Start iTunes.
(Optional) Insert an audio CD into your Macintosh.
(Optional) Clear the checkboxes of the songs you don’t want to hear.
(Optional) Select Controls ▸ Shuffle ▸ By Songs, By Albums, or By Groupings to scramble the order in which your songs will play.
Click the Play button in the upper-left corner of the iTunes window or press the spacebar. The iTunes program starts playing the song at the top of the list.
