Chapter 17. Controlling Your Macintosh with Hot Corners

One of your Mac’s most useful shortcuts is called a hot corner. A hot corner is simply one corner of the screen that makes your Macintosh do something when you move your mouse pointer into that corner.

By using hot corners, you can control your screensaver, put your Macintosh to sleep, hide and display Dashboard programs, and manipulate windows. Hot corners provide another way to access your favorite features and control your Mac quickly.

Project goal: Define hot corners to control different parts of your Macintosh.
