Rearranging Icons on Launchpad

Launchpad displays your program icons in rows and columns. If you don’t like the default arrangement, you can rearrange your icons at any time.

To rearrange Launchpad icons, do this:

  1. Start Launchpad, and then move the mouse pointer over the program icon you want to move.

  2. Hold down the mouse button and drag the icon to a new location. As you drag the icon around the screen, the other icons will slide out of the way.

  3. Release the mouse button to place your icon in its new location.
