Viewing Calendars
When you sync your iPad's calendar with your iCal or Outlook calendars, your iPad will use the calendar names you've chosen on your computer. By default, iCal has a Home and Work calendar—and you can define entirely new calendar categories, too. By storing appointments on different calendars, you can choose to view only appointments related to Home, Work, or any category you like.
Note
If you haven't synced your iPad with your computer's calendars, you will not see the Calendars button on the iPad.
To view the appointments you've made on a particular calendar, follow these steps:
From the Home screen, tap Calendar. The Calendar screen appears.
Tap the Calendars button that appears in the upper-left corner of the screen. The Show Calendars ...
