By now you will have the clarity about what your business idea is, and growing confidence about how you will attract customers and sell to them. Your offering is starting to take shape as you research how it will be made, where it will be sold and develop your pricing model.

Now we need to work on how the business will operate. Clarifying your offering, and what you will sell or do, is at the core of the business. Around that are the elements you need to consider to actually run your business.
