Chapter 45. Other Export Options

Your InDesign documents are probably designed for printing, but you can also export them for viewing on the Web by exporting your pages as JPEG files, as SVG files, or as files suitable for editing with Adobe GoLive. Here’s a quick rundown of several other export options InDesign offers.

Export as JPEG

Feel like turning your one of your document pages into a picture? You can select Export from the File menu, then choose JPEG from the Format popup menu. InDesign lets you pick any page (only one page at a time, though), along with some basic image quality settings (the lower the quality, the smaller the resulting file).
