Chapter 43. Printing

It is difficult for us to discuss the Print dialog box because of the differences in how printing is handled in each operating system. Adobe has made an admirable effort to make InDesign’s Print dialog box look as similar as possible in both Macintosh and Windows (see Figure 43-1). Aside from some minor rearrangements of features within panels, only the buttons at the bottom of the dialog box vary between operating systems: The Macintosh sports Page Setup and Printer buttons; Windows only has a Setup button.
