Joe Sweeney is the founder of Pay It Forward Enterprises, a speaking, training, and coaching enterprise that helps companies and individuals move the needle in their personal and professional lives.

He was the former president and shareholder of Corporate Financial Advisors and is currently a strategic advisor to CFA, a middle-market investment banking firm in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. CFA specializes in providing merger and acquisition advisory services, capital sourcing, exit planning, and general corporate advisory services. Joe is also an active private equity investor in several businesses.

Throughout the years, Joe has built several businesses by combining his love of business and his passion for sports. He has a wealth of hands-on experience. Joe has owned and operated four manufacturing companies and has more than three decades of experiences in the business and sports worlds.

Before acquiring an equity position with Corporate Financial Advisors, Joe founded and was president of SMG, a sports management firm that specialized in assisting and representing coaches and athletes. Clients included Green Bay Packers quarterback and three-time NFL Most Valuable Player Brett Favre. Joe was also president of the Wisconsin Sports Authority and has served on 28 boards of directors over the past 30 years.
