About the Author

Patty Azzarello is an accomplished business leader and an expert at getting organizations to function better and execute their strategies. She is a former CEO and general manager who has personally led multiple business transformations and turnarounds, and has built several highly successful management teams.

Currently, Patty is the CEO and founder of Azzarello Group, Inc., serving companies in diverse industries across the world to get better at what they do, through speaking engagements, strategy sessions, and leadership workshops. She is sought after as a business adviser for her unique and practical perspective on what makes people and organizations function (or not) and how to engage organizations at all levels to create more business value.

Patty holds degrees in electronic engineering and computer science from Monmouth University. She started her career as an engineer and moved up through the ranks, ultimately becoming a general manager and a CEO. She has also held executive leadership positions in product development, marketing, and sales. She became the youngest general manager at Hewlett-Packard at the age of 33, and was running a billion dollar software business by the age of 35. She was a CEO for the first time at the age of 38.
