1. Identify the important tasks that only you can do today, and then look around you for others you can teach to do these tasks, so that the tasks can become part of their job instead of yours.

2. Take time to ask your staff members what specific skills they would like to learn to be able to make a more valuable contribution to the company. Look for every opportunity to teach, train, and develop people to enable them to get more and better results for the business.
