The first question is, “If you could only do one thing all day long, which one activity would contribute the most value to your business or organization?”

When you look over the list of things that you do in a week or a month, the task of topmost importance will probably jump out at you. If you are in doubt about the most important thing you do, find out what it is, immediately. Ask your boss for input. Ask your coworkers. Ask yourself.
