In business, it is generally accepted that employees treat customers the way they are treated by their managers. Whenever you experience excellent customer service, you know that there is an excellent manager behind the scenes who takes very good care of his people. Whenever you experience poor customer service, you know that there is a poor or negative manager that these people report to.
