Introduce Quality Circles, Quality Teams

All work is done by teams. The output of the manager is actually the output of the team. The more efficiently and effectively the team works together, the higher the quality and quantity of production, and the better the manager looks to everyone, especially to superiors.

Quality circles are a Japanese management technique developed in the 1960s and 1970s by W. Edwards Deming, who helped make Japan a recognized world leader in quality products. By forming people into quality circles and quality teams, you encourage and motivate them to take greater responsibility for improving the quality of everything they do.
