Each person lives from the inside out. The core of your existence, and the axle around which your entire life turns, is made up of your innermost convictions and your deepest values. It is your values that determine your character and personality. They determine what you stand for and what you will not stand for. One of the marks of superior people is that they are very clear about their values, and they refuse to compromise their values under any circumstances.
