Overview

The single most effective action I’ve witnessed for managing a multicultural workforce is holding a daily meeting.

“Daily meeting!?,” you may think. “Everyone hates meetings.”

But hold on. This is a different kind of meeting from any you’re likely to have attended. So set aside any meeting phobia you may have developed over your work life and get ready to learn about a new kind of meeting, one that’s more than just a “nice to have” activity.
