Chapter 8. Using the Library

Motion’s Library contains all the various effects, such as behaviors and filters, that you can apply to your objects to change their appearance or to animate them. You can also create a variety of objects directly in Motion, such as Shapes, Generators, and Particles. Just like any items you import, by adjusting their parameters and applying additional effects you can further customize and modify these Library elements in a virtually infinite number of ways. Many of these Library elements are preset effects, which takes the hard work out of setting up complex text styles or particle systems.
