Organizational Change Model and Change Formula

Once it appears on your radar screen, organizational change occurs in sequences. The Organizational Change Model illustrates these four stages of organizational change:

A Change Event (CE) Occurs

An event occurs that changes what currently exists in the organization. It might be new technology, changing markets, new rules or regulations, people in different positions, and so on. Again, this change event may begin as something seemingly insignificant (a momentary blip on the screen) or a major world event.
