Part Two: Stories in Leading Change

There is no one way to use the Fearless Change patterns. Just like a home builder uses a whole collection of tools when building a structure, you can think of each individual pattern as a “tool” that the evangelist and her or his team can use to address a problem in the journey of leading a change. Therefore, the specific pattern(s) you choose at any time will depend on the problem(s) and the context you are facing at any particular time along your journey of building a change.

We present two stories to give you some ideas for using the patterns: one when building an organizational change and the other when building a community change.
