Chapter Two. Strategize

You, as a budding evangelist, would probably agree that some time should be allotted for upfront planning before you jump feet first into a change effort. There’s the usual task of creating a mission and vision, but you should also take some time for self-reflection to determine whether your values are aligned with those of the initiative.
