This procedure is for inserting a linked image, which appears in another location on the web. If you want to insert an image file that you have on your computer, refer to Inserting an image file in the previous section:
- Find the image that you want to link to.
- In your browser, right-click on the image. A pop-up menu will appear. One of the options on this menu will enable you to copy the URL (the web address) of the picture. For example, in Internet Explorer, you would select Properties and then copy the Address of the image. In Firefox, you would select Copy Image Location.
- Switch back to Moodle, where you are editing the page.
