After months of hard work, this book has finally come to life. It is time to say thank you to all the people who accompanied us while working on the manuscript. We want to say thank you to Boris Karnikowski and Dietmar Maurer, who did most of the work for the original Austrian version of this book.

We'd also like to say thank you to everybody who worked on the English version of this book, particularly Shelley Johnston, who did a wonderful job and helped us to achieve our goal of publishing one of the first Mono books on the market.
