Land and Expand

Mentoring in one form or another likely exists in your organization already. It might be a small-scale formal program used for your high-potential employees. Maybe it’s a program supported by your diversity and inclusion team to develop the pipeline to help minorities and women enter leadership roles. Perhaps it’s a more informal process that occurs naturally among your employees. Any of these examples can be used as a starting point for a more modern approach to mentoring, or what I like to call the land and expand approach.
