CMake
For better or worse, I chose CMake in an attempt to support cross-platform builds.
For Ubuntu users, the version used for building the examples is CMake 2.8.9. You can install CMake using the following command:
| sudo apt-get install cmake |
For OS X users, the version used for building the examples is CMake 2.8.10.2. You can install CMake using downloads at http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html.
When you run CMake against the build scripts provided, you might see the following error:
| Make Error: your CXX compiler: "CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER-NOTFOUND" was not found. |
| Please set CMAKE_CXX_COMPILER to a valid compiler path or name. |
