Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of human resource management system transformation on human resource performance management system practices. Data are collected via survey of diverse organizations pursuing lean transformation. Results suggest that measurement system transformation as part of lean transformation will have a positive impact on lean human resource management practices.
