Abstract

Managing change effectively is a critical dynamic capability for firms today. However, a majority of firms often struggle in this area due to employee resistance to change, leading to negative work outcomes. The knowledge that change can be disruptive necessitates an understanding of the critical factors influencing employee outcomes during change.
