Secretarial and administrative correspondence

In any organisation, the administrative or secretarial staff play an important role. The Secretary or PA, often called an Executive Assistant, will usually deal with lots of correspondence regarding appointments, meetings, interviews, conferences, travel and accommodation.

In this chapter we will look at some of the correspondence that is typically dealt with by today’s secretarial or administrative support staff.
