Mobile computing and communications devices are becoming ubiquitous in the United States and the developed nations of the world. Indeed, young people between the ages of 5 and 19 are major consumers of these devices. Ironically, U.S. schools have, for the most part, banned mobile devices such as cell phones from classrooms.
