NFC – have you heard about this one? It stands for ‘Near Field Communication’ – the impending and intended technology roll-out across mobile devices that is described as ‘another interesting example of innovative technology that aims to deliver convenience for consumers’. It will see us all swiping away to our hearts’ content at every available scanner point for all sorts of goods and services.
