Code of Business Principles
Unilever implemented the Code of Business Principles globally through workshops and online learning. A reference guide with rich graphics and sound clips of leaders reinforcing key messages was produced for the iPAQ, and a text/graphics only version for the Palm platform is still the most ubiquitous across the enterprise. It is intended that the online and iPAQ versions will continue to be updated to keep the Code alive and fresh in minds. The goal is for handheld versions to be used as a decision support and reference tool, and will be distributed on all new PDAs.
