Preview You are the office manager for Dr. Garrett. She would like you to create a simple database application with two tables and two data-entry forms. This is a chiropractic office that wants to keep track of the different services and products it offers as well as patient insurance information. At the end of this case you will create two tables with various field properties and create an easy-to-use data-entry form for each table.
