Black and slightly creepy is the dress code for “goth night” at Relax, a mainstay of Moscow’s metal music scene. Music by Russian metal bands such as Melancholy and Forgive-Me-Not keeps patrons agreeably morbid.
To reveal the complexity of the scene, I zoomed my strobe and pointed it to the left, drawing the embracing couple out of the darkness.
