Gourmet food trucks serve a wide variety of cuisine, from traditional American to ethnic fusions and fancy seafood.
A story on Los Angeles food trucks in National Geographic magazine included a large grid of a variety of meals. I placed the foods on an assortment of backdrops close to the trucks. To keep the lighting consistent and make sure the details were clearly identifiable, I used a ring strobe around my 50mm lens.
