The Boarding School for Physically Handicapped Children houses over a hundred children aged 4 to 20, many of whom are considered indirect victims of the Chernobyl accident.
The light from my strobe froze the children, while the blur from a long exposure emphasizes the chaos of their motion. This technique creates a feeling that the world is spinning around them.
