10. Minecraft in Transdisciplinary Learning
Thousands of schools worldwide use the International Baccaulaureate (IB) framework. Included in this four-program continuum is the the Primary Years Program (PYP); its school year is composed of six transdisciplinary units of inquiry, which usually, last six weeks each (the time frame changes from school to school and from unit to unit). It was during the “How We Organize Ourselves” unit that we embarked on integrating Minecraft into my school.
