Part 2 summary

In this second part of the book we have taken a closer look at what the real cause and maintaining factor of our stressful and busy lives is, we have looked at the connection between stress and busyness and how we might be better able to manage some of the specific experiences of our stress, including our thoughts, and behaviours with mindfulness. More specifically, you have learned that:
