About the authors

Dr Michael Sinclair and Josie Seydel have known each other since 2008 when their paths crossed professionally. Since this time they have spent endless hours yakking away and practising mindfulness together. They share a passion and zest for living life (despite how busy and stressful it can be) and sharing their experiences with one another. With their different backgrounds and journeys into the practice of mindfulness they are able to offer a unique collaborative insight into the experience of mindfulness practice. Both are also practising counselling psychologists with exceptional skills and experience.
