Here you find ways to just stop and be mindful as well as exercises that you can do while you’re working. That way you don’t use up too much time and yet still train your brain to work with greater focus, intelligence and creativity as your mindful awareness naturally grows.

Think of day-to-day mindfulness like interval training. In interval training, popular with fitness coaches, you do a burst of activity followed by a rest.
