MIND MAPPING FOR NEGOTIATIONS

One of the things that comes to mind that I think is highly relevant to Mind Mapping is that the skilled negotiator thinks in terms of options, the less-skilled negotiator thinks in terms of limitations. One of the kisses of death in negotiation is to be predictable – if you can use Mind Mapping you can think in terms of multiple paths and that is one of the things I train people in all the time.
