Objective/usefulness: To create a visual representation of the Report's data.
- Open the View menu | Graph View. Select the default option (vertical bar) | OK. You will see a new tool bar that will allow the developer to switch series by row or column, change the graph type, and format it. Try a few other graph types; these are similar to the ones featured in Microsoft Excel.
- Switch back to the grid view. View menu | Grid View.
