Exercise – Import a few Tables

In this exercise you will use the MicroStrategy Warehouse Catalog to import a few Tables.

  1. Open your newly created project MicroStrategy Essentials.
  2. Access the Warehouse Catalog: Go to menu Schema | Warehouse Catalog.
  3. Select current database instance | Tutorial Data. This dropdown will show the connections to different databases in your environment.
  1. Select LU_COUNTRY, LU_REGION and LU_CALL_CTR and move them to the right pane, shown as follows:

  1. Save and Close.
  2. Update the Schema.
  3. This finalizes the exercise.
