Understanding the Word 2010 Interface

Word 2010 is an amazing, powerful program that can meet all your word processing needs, from 1000+ page dissertations to family newsletters. But at first glance, it might seem a bit intimidating. There are hundreds of features, and although the program is well organized, it is not always obvious where to find them and what they offer.

If you’ve upgraded from Word 2007, you’ll be glad to know that the interface has not changed substantially. What you knew before about using tabs and the Ribbon will carry over to 2010 easily.
